i m using the surfmore 75 n got another subline

called to threaten them to change to celcom
somehow the customer service guy said i can go and port out as i wish

phew,thought could get a nice counter offer

bloody bias this maxis

wanna port out already

been with maxis since day 1

have been using surfmore 75 for years

never even counter offer me when i call them i wish to port out

was planning to port out to digi since got free iflix

then i give one last try for the live chat

they counter offer me with
rm78 5gb and unlimited calls n sms

seriously this should applies to all loyal customers
