Maxis really horrible. I have 2 sub lines under value plus family for 30 a month each. Today, my sublines received sms saying they will be moved to another plan. Will include 1gb data but will be charged at rm38.
The thing is my sublines do not need data. Forcing people to pay extra for something we do not need is really unethical. Different story if they maintain it at rm30 a month. |
