I was on Surfmore 75. I was offered One Plan 98 for RM 78 with 1GB plus additional 4GB with no contract.

I called them up this morning and was assured that the plan is as it is....no time limit.

These conversations between us and them are recorded. They can't simply cancelled anything at whim.

Yeap..It's the same as when we migrate from Surfmore 10GB (i cant remember that package name) to Surfmore 75, they'll warned there's no revert back.

As for the above, that's how call centers work. If someone subscribe over the phone for something, and try to retract back later....the proof is on the calls recorded. How are they going to claim we're making the subscription or for we to take made claims that we didn't make any, if those calls are not considered legally bind.

I believed the one offered for RM68 are for Sabah/Serawak.

Check back, it was supposed to be RM 78 for 1+4 GB, with unlimited data and sms.

I believe normally, customer under contract didn't get any offers to downgrade.

Latest bill comes out on the 9th of every month

Yeap..but currently getting 1+3GB only, not 5GB as promised. Gonna call em up later.

Now, free Spotify from MOP 98 instead of MOP 128 previously.
