This event is normal in job seeking process. Your employer will counter offer (if ur an asset to the company) when you plan to live the company eventually. You may argue why they got offer and why not you earlier. Well it is indeed an unfair offer to the mass though but companies like this need to do such offer to protect from future losses.

You cud just grab that offer and stay silent but you decide to voice out and share your experience. Bravo TS

Dear Maxis, i just subscribed to a new plan and 3 days later i have to pay my first monthly bill for what? I expect to have first pay one month after i sign the contract not 3 days!!

AND, your agent told me there will be extra free 2GB on the plan i took (part of restructure new plan) and when i check recently, its only limited for first 5 months and the 2GB will be gone. WTF you said its the new plan to be competitive with Celcom and DiGi but you only offer first 5 months on this?
