If need to go to front desk to get a counter offer means maxis do not prioritize rewarding their customers so as long as u keep quiet you enjoy what you pay even expensive.

They should reward people by surprise but instead they only worry about their share holders pocket.

i got Free unlimited music streaming and 1 month ago i found out i also got Data backpack.

With maxis they only call to offer you an upgrade the upgrade requires you to pay more but they dont check how your usage instead total bill. So the pissing off part i call oversea alot but local call only RM30 so they offer me to upgrade from a RM80 plan to a RM150 plan but that only makes me pay more and not save
