Everyone is fighting maxis like a loose cannon. The community need to be united so maxis not able to twist their word. When i talk to CS,  she also trying to twist by saying i was offered 7GB for RM88 and not MOP188 for RM88.
I challenged them to give me the voice recording but she said it is only for internal use. After lodge a few complains, I will make a police report demanding them to submit the voice recording to CFM, SKMM and exhibit it in tribunal court. We shouldn't let them off the hook so easy, otherwise they will do it again. If they want to give special offer to high paying customers, we don't mind but we need to know the threshold of high paying, RM1,000 RM500 or RM300. Everyone above the threshold should enjoy the special offer.
They can write anything in their terms and conditions but there are common law as well.

Can we transfer eSIM to a new phone from an old phone?

Maxis currently, I’m using ip12p and I wanna change to ip13p so how to transfer my current eSim to new upcoming phone? Do I need to go the nearest maxis Center? Now my issue is that my account is under my mother’s name.
