From my experience, I cut off my Celcom line at their office n I asked them what amount I still owe them. They said "wait for the bill to come". he bill never came. Instead I was served at letter of demand for RM25-00 from their lawyer. What kind of service is this?
I am using Digi. Sometime ago, they started to upgrade their network. The result was I was unable to call or received any call or messages for 1 month in spite of complaints lodged with them. But their bill came on time n request for payment. I do not think they are good. At least they should have given me some discount but pretended nothing happened. I was forced to rent a new line from Umobile n everything was fine. Digi's call centre asked me about my mobile make n implied that my handphone was malfunctioning!
My child was at ClubMed Bali n was not able to call home using Digi line. But her room mate's Maxis line no problem. So which is good n which is good?
