Ya! My 2 years contract with Maxis ending this 23rd April 2016, so this crisis happen at the right time for me....

I will port out, but sure to Digi or Celcom?

Yesterday dropby at BBT One, (Klang) where all the telco are Digi, Maxis, Celcom and U Mobile all within one place. Digi really pack with peoples, so i did not have the chance to ask more as the waiting queue is too long...I was rushing too. Maxis, no need for me to q, as i was just checking and to confirm my last day of my contract which is this month

Well, at Maxis, when i ask for the contract due date, she get a bit uncomfortable & worry. Then told me, my contract end this month end. I told her how can end of the month. I have call Maxis centre, they said is 23rd April. Then she look at the screen and said ya lah 23rd....1 week also want to cheat me....

Hahaha...finally..... just received a call from Maxis, remind me on my contract is ending this month. (hahahahaha)

They offered me, RM 98 for 5GB AND................free a phone Samsung J (2 years contract)....thought they going to offer Samsung 7 (hahahahaha). But again, I not sure whether this offer is in Maxis Zerolution now or not.

But i did ask she, on the new coming plan that Maxis CEO said, the two new package. She said there is, likely will be more on data plan and wait for website announcement

So i told her, i don't like the offer, i already set to MNP to Digi. She silent and said "Ya er" I ask for better offer, she said that's the best....

Well, I still got 2 more weeks to go and 2 more weeks for Maxis to Think properly they next packages...hahahahaha......I have 6 lines under my account.....

After i compare Digi and Celcom, I think i will MNP to Digi RM 128+9 GB. As Celcom the 10GB is 5GB weekday and 5GB weekend, i really not sure how it is going to work for me?

How come Maxis give to surfmore only? Others packages? Seem like they getting more messy.....

How u can get RM 88 for 8GB? U get it when they offer u during u port out?

If true then by next month u will get RM 88 for 16GB.......then where is the fairness? What Maxis have to said to those manage to get the offer better than those has been with them for SO many years and good payment....

Hi! Saw one forum er said he got discount RM 20 for MOP 98....so become RM 78 for MOP 98.....is this true?

Those to opt for MOP 98, are u contracted for 2 years

That's right. Those have been with loyal and many years with Maxis now have be betrayed. The main issue here why there are double standarded. Those wanted to port out, get far more better offer than those has been with Maxis for many years and PAID MORE....

Let put the situation like this EXAMPLE: If Maxis CEO Morten Lundal have an extra-martial affair with his secretary, and those got the know his affair, he offered them more Maxis shares.....But one day he run out of lucky...his wife find out (someone complainted online)...? So this is the situation we are now ...We are in wife situation. How the wife feel after so many years loyal to him? And He dump her for his secretary......

Same with those here, we are like married to Maxis for so many years and now Maxis just ignore us and just offer some gula gula to Surfmore and Maxis One....Ivalue is total left out.....(Why?) Do they know how HURTS we are...just how his wife will feel.....

What's! The hell wrong with Maxshit

First they set double standard between new customer and old customer....& areas

Now they DISCRIMINATE their customers between Maxshit 1 & Surfmore with others packages.

Why this Maxshit 1 & Surfmore entitled the FREE 3 GB for 45 days....and those others package totally not entitled?

If i not mistaken, Maxis One Plan only kick of last year....and they awarded them instead of those with them for many years....I really DON'T understand....

See 2day Star Paper ....how important of loyal customers to a company (On Maxis)

Is this because Maxis User from the others package started the rebellion SO they are punished for it. Why there is this such of DISCRIMINATE your customers...... they also paid too...

Can someone enlighten me on this?

Hi! Thank you! for the correction. Yes. Only Maxis One Plan get the Free 3GB and Surfmore will get 1GB end the month.....But again Why only these two plans get it? How about others plans users? Why others has been discriminated.....Why? Why? tell me (us) why?

Looks like the two fronts are really capitalizing this opportunity. I do remember back those days....i think many years back b4 this CEO takeover, Maxshit is very responsive to the market. Whatever promotion from others telco Maxshit will counter-offer more better and even double. If i not mistaken those day was Prepaid War....Others telco offer 100 free SMS and Maxshit double up and hit back......Now one online complaint they can't even stand up properly.....really really x 100000 disappointed

I think they really need to change their tagline " Maxis: Malaysia's best data network ".....what do you think?
