I wonder will celcom become slow since so many people port to celcom
Last time do use celcom Magic sim when newly launch and the speed is awesome, but now the speed dam slow

Always c people complain on FB say they call in 123, wait more than 10 minutes, even 30 minutes no one answer the call.

But I can say is if your whole Acc monthly usage is more than 300 per month for at least 6 months, you've the priority.

Every time I call in, less than 1 minutes the CS already answered my call

So hope those people that complain, before u complain, evaluate first.

Not say you guys not important, but of cos maxis will give priority to those users with high usage

Can see a lot people complain
But sometimes need to base on situation.
Like A is maxis user for 10 year, but monthly usage only <RM100,
B is maxis user for 6 years, but monthly usage >RM500

When comes to priority, of cos maxis will give more to B as he use more

Same goes to a company

Employee A worked for 6 years, his monthly sale only RM5000
Employee B worked for 3 years, but his monthly sale above RM20000

when comes to salary increment or promotion, of cos B will get promoted because he helps company earn more

Loyalty is not the main issue in order to get better benefit, but your performance will decide your incentive

I dunno add RM48, then I get 21GB, or add RM96 I get 26GB

Just now my data suddenly become 7GB, FXXCK them, I called and scold, say what so ever, saying I am enjoying RM88, so should get 7GB. Then I say last time the agreement is MOP 188 with RM100 rebate, then the CS say not like this one. Then I ask: can change plan without inform me? She keep

My monthly usage for whole Acc (10 numbers) average RM700 per month

RM88 for 7GB
RM188 for 20GB.
I dunno pay RM188, but I get triple of data
I fully rely on data as the streamyx sucks, can't use at all

For me, i get two benefit last year
1. VVIP tix for backstreet boy concert
2. Dinner in the sky

Maxis now got Maxis One Share 48
Gotta port in my 3 celcom numbers to Maxis
Now one number celcom first gold 80, 5GB+5GB
the weekend 5GB dam useless as I rarely use on weekend
It means I pay RM80 for 5GB, then RM38 for 3GB (no unlimited call)
I dunno port to maxis and only pay RM48

Celcom number is use by my staff
Goodbye celcom

Now already at maxis Centre to submit port in request
Some more can get additional 500MB for 12 months

Still liase with CS

My bill suddenly become very high this month
I guess they charged penalty as previously agree is RM88 for MOP 188 with 24 months contract
If really like this, I gotta screw then enough enough at maxis Center

Gotta to burn their CS line soon

Just port in one celcom number to become maxis one share RM48, and received additional 500MB for next 12 months.
So I think each RM48 plan I will get 5.5GB
