Just tried my spotify.... premium account still active and accessible 

just called cs. They said my plan is customize plan, so during the time they offered me, the only available plan that have 7gb data is MOP 188. But now, since they have new plan with 7gb data, they migrating my plan to respective plan that provide same data and same benefits. Then i told him, the benefits is not same because i cant get spotify premium and 15gb data allocation for spotify streaming if my plan change to MOP 98. He said, i will get all the thing that their marketing team offered me last time. And if i been charged 9.90 for spotify premium, they asked me to call them back and they will waived the charge accordingly. So even my plan has been change to MOP 98, i still get 7gb data + unlimited call + unlimited sms + spotify premium + 15gb data allocation for spotify streaming. Same like what they just offered me.

I deactivated my Spor just now. I have written to Maxis Listen to re confirm if Spotify Premium is free and also the 15GB data for music streaming. Will update once I receive the reply.

I got the bill and screen shot of the apps. I was well prepared before maxis do their dirty tricks. I can happily accept their new offer this morning which i will have 9GB for MOP98 with RM10 rebate for 2yrs. The 9GB will stays as long as i keep the line. But i lost the spotify and in the matter of fact, i hardly use spotify. Because i know some people here need spotify, i insist on all benefits which were offered stayed.

Just called SC, the spotify will remain free for those getting special offer for MOP158 previosly and got downgrade to MOP 98. But to note, its till the end of Sept 2016...

How do I know if I’ve exceed 15GB of free music streaming with Spotify Premium?

In actual fact, MaxisONE plan 128, MaxisONE plan 158 and MaxisONE plan 188 customers are enjoying UNLIMITED music streaming on Spotify Premium till 30 September 2016!

Haha. Just complaint to mmc. They are downgrading the plan without telling the customer. Serve them right. But nak, 5gb is sufficient for me. The only thing that I want is the home fibre discount.

Seriously, pay RM68 but want buffet everything - want Fiber discount, want spotify premium, want unlimited calls, want 15Gig data, want unlimited SMS.....

I think this type of customer is not worth retaining , in business point of view.

Maxis Listen just replied. My plan one 98 not entitled to Spotify Premium. I was down graded from plan 158 by them.
