30th March 2016: Maxis called to counter offer with their Maxis One Plan 188 + (a) RM100 rebate + (b) 1gb extra for 6 mths. Agreed & stayed on with Maxis.

22nd April 2016: Maxis downgraded my plan to Maxis One Plan 98 + 2gb for 24 mths.

My question...  Does Maxis have the legal right to change my existing subscribed plan without any form of notification nor my written or verbal consent? Anyone?

good luck, since most of the peoples here mostly pay RM98 for 5gb, you pay RM88 for 7gb.... and you thought now RM88 is 20gb

It was clearly mentioned that we had all the benefits of MOP188 except sign up for phone and maxis share.
So... if maxis want to upgrade MOP188, why not they just create new package like MOP188i with upgraded benefits and automatically transfer all normal user to that package. In order to comply with legal, alltransferred users will be offered to reject the MOP188i within 20days. If they reject, then they will be transfered back to MOP188. Special offer MOP188 users will not get the offer to MOP188i. As easy as that.

It seems that Maxshit made another big blunder on the billing.
Those who are previously offered RM68/RM88 secret offers are being charged for "rm30 x 24 months".
Now you can actually see there are floods of these offers being spammed at Maxshit FB

Maxis is really doing something that I too cant accept as a loyal cust for 17 years.

I have received a call from their so called "SAVE" department
And they gave a promo which is the maxis ONEplan 158 with RM80 Rebate.
So my bill will be RM78 every month with 5GB (at the time) with 2 years contract

I didnt mind as I was interested and agreed verbally on the phone they claimed which is recorded.

When I found out that they were giving much bigger data I was happy as I thought I will stick to RM78 and get 15GB of data.

I WAS WRONG

last week. I checked my data thru the MyMaxis app and found out my plan was DOWNGRADED to maxis ONEplan 98 instead without notifying me at all!!

I gave them a call and they said they did because of the plan changes and decided to  maintain my 5GB of data only but the good part is they removed my contract.

I dont mind the contract but I WANT THAT 15GB of DATA for RM78 because uMobile is already giving RM70 = 15GB .

What the hell maxis?! seriously!!!

Prepaid RM 48 = 8GB & Postpaid RM 98 = 5GB....????

What the hell the Maxshit marketing team doing??

Of course they are of different benefit but again shouldn't postpaid customer to get more value than prepaid customer??

Let's all move up and delay payment of bills. Drag MaxShit cash flow a bit with your credit limits and see what new "blood sucking" new adjustment they make to MOP & MOS

a lot of maxis users still bashing them in facebook. most of them Ivalue 2,3. maxis does it again. silent and taking to much time to do this. this is bad for maxis. they don't learn at all.

umobile coverage only for who that lived in center of a town or big city. not for travelers. at my kampong from hero plan  to zero plan. cheaper doesn't mean good. my brother keep cursing when we on our way to our home town. hehehe....lastly he use my phone as AP.

yeah, my brother just port to celcom gold. so he can travel without fuss again. but he said the internet is kinda slow.
yeah good choice, mine still have 6 month  contract...until then I don't to waste money paying penalty. as long my wife happy with it, its fine with me.

previously I use ivalue1 with 2gb internet, always not enough 2-3 days before bills end. I think 3gb is the best for me actually. if I'm using it alone I wont get to finish 5gb of data. luckily my wife port in MOS...so I give her unlimited data to use.

*wow 45 ringgit for 24 month is quite tempting....the zerolution plan iPhone se only start from MOP128...damn they should start from MOP98
