Magicforce with Gaterons are exclusive to Massdrop (I just asked them last month).

Your options are:
1) We all know China sh*t can't stay exclusive for long. It will surely leak out somewhere soon. I think Aliexpress sold a small batch with Gaterons recently.
2) Magicforce sells the case & PCB separately. I think it's around 200 rmb. You can buy that and install your own Gaterons.

Let me make it easy for you. Cherry switches > Kailh switches.

Cool. If I got all types of switches that I want I might get keyboards like these. There is a keyboard I seen that is tenkeyless, but you can still use the numpad with fn keys, the ten keys are mixed with the alphabet keys or something. I even saw a topre keyboard that doesn't have F1~F12.

2. Ahh, the dilemma between costar and cherry stabs.
I like Costar stabs because it gives a natural feel for longer keys, but I don't like it when I want to change keycaps
With clipping mod, video below, it makes Cherry stabs feels very very closely to Costar's natural feel, after clip mod and lubing it of course. Also, changing keycaps with Cherry stabs is a lot more easier.



For me personally, I'd choose Cherry stabs over Costar because I change keycaps quite often.
Owning one Filco board is enough for me
Even for that I won't be changing the keycaps often, just will remove them for cleaning once it's dirty.

me personally would choose cherry stabs for ease of changing keycaps but i can move on with costar as i dont change very often. keycaps cost a fortune imma cheapo for me n would rather spend that fortune on other upgrades or even a new board   

Depends on your keyboard i think?
If I recall correctly, I was able to remove the stabs from my shine 2 by desoldering the switch that is sitting in between the stabs only, not the whole board.

Maybe KuzumiTaiga can help us verify when he mod his

mine is not a shine 2, but I doubt i'd need to desolder the whole board. 

Yea, those are the things that make me jump to MKB. But knowing the price, not sure worth it. maybe someday when have more income(can join GB) n know to use taobao, haha. as i said, im a stingy person. dowan buy, then not liking it, then regret. ill keep it simple for my 1st MKB n im liking front printed keycaps. ninja style  lucky enuff to get 108 keys for 70 in forum. POM material.
Btw, im not sure bout those GMK, JTK, BLA BLA BLA diff, its just the name of the manufacturer is it? so there are companies producing keycaps and this pretty colourful, two-tone, tri-tone keycaps is from them? n profile is diff right? DCS, DSA, Cherry, OEM?

All in all, having MKB is much much much better than a normal KB. no matter what switch or brand u using.
