I went for Maxis Preorder S7 Edge come with FREE (as they mention in their page) Gear 2 Classic but is not actually free cause we need to sign 158 Package .....
But problem now, as they show in their page first come first serve basic, so my question is when phone arrived without S2 Gear classic and i still need to continue 24 month 158 Package ?
So here come my question?
why said free and we actually paying for it (high package and early termination with 1000 EXTRA penalty)
IF phone arrived without GEAR S2 classic, can we can cancel cause we are misleading by MAXIS contract/ADVERTISEMENT.
please answer here, don't ask reply in PM, cause i believe most of user here wanted to know .....

Allow us to elaborate more on our pre-order Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge.

1. When you log in to our Maxis Online Store with selection of Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge, there will be 2 options available wherein you can select either to get Samsung Gear S2 or without it.
2. If you have select Samsung Gear S2 option with your pre-order, hence the clause of 24 months contract and downgrade fees of RM1000 strictly implemented.
3. If you select only Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge pre-order, the clause of 24 months remains with a flexibility wherein you could downgrade your rateplan that suits your need.

Any termination or breach of contract will incur penalty imposed to your good self.

If i select Samsung with Gear 2 package*************************** but you guy not sending me GEAR to as the clause (***************** While Stock Last), am i still have to continue the contract ???

Cause i worry I PAID for GEAR 2 and i don't received it but i still have to PAY.

The Samsung Gear S2 is free however you will need to select Maxis One Plan RM158 and above and you are not allowed to downgrade/terminate your contract.

The stock availability will based while stock last.

If you are not sure with your purchase, you can provide your MOS order ID for us for further checking.

I think what Sonnycool want to know is if he selected select Maxis One Plan RM158 and above, but later Maxis come back and said no stock for him. (but he already select select Maxis One Plan RM158 and above)

So he will in situation that he need to paid RM 158 and above but no S2

the Free and While Stock Last make the situation confusing and when he subscribe and not getting the S2, he can suspect actually Maxis misleading the customer to get a better package but no plan to issue out the free S2

i just highlighting the scenario

they known that issue but reluctant to answer ....

Maybe should write to NCCC for the misleading package if they cannot answer.

Yes maxis free watch offer advertisement is very good to be true and its actually misleading.

Until order page only find out need to sign up for RM158 package contract.

Please calm down first. Allow us to re-phrase again:

If you log in to Maxis Online Store and the Samsung Gear S2 not available, it will stated as Out of Stock.
If you able to see the said options earlier, that's mean Samsung Gear S2 is still available.
If worst case scenario - you have select Samsung Gear S2 with pre-order S7 Edge and upon arrival, there is no Gear S2 given, the clause of RM1000 termination will be revoke and you are able to change your rateplan to suits your need.

That is why we are requesting the MOS order ID for further checking. Hope this clarifies your thoughts.

Maybe just get a screenshot of the advertisement and the system page.

Give them benefit of doubt. If they do not provide favorable response toward your question then should just respond to NCCC that Maxis is trying to mislead consumer to get the "free watch" by forcing higher amount package.

Then Maxis need to answer to NCCC

But he need to pay the first month with the high amount package?

Simple Answer (choose below please) :
1. NO, even you not received GEar S2 and You (consumer still have to High Package or Penalty RM1000).
2. Yes, you can return phone (at MAXIS COST) and terminate the CONTRACT with 14day COOL PERIOD.

So can u check what is zerolution contract means .....,
Seem like this zero n others zero is diffrent story.
s7 edge zerolution come with 24 month contract.
