In order to provide best post sales support to our customers, our business model is fully online and we will not incur additional expenses in the transitional shop rental and hiring unqualified stuff to take care of shop. Not all buyer could accept this business model in Malaysia yet, most buyer still prefer to purchase from traditional shop. Android TV box is software defined appliance, its function is more dynamic then tradition static appliance. Post sales support is very important.

If you use Showbox, please take note that the default server is TORRENTS which is slow because of throttling. Please switch to other server for better streaming as per below screen shot :
