i think the only higher cost of the er6 vs 250r are the tires and sprocket. EO etc should be the same since also parallel twin.
depends on how much flat, clean, smooth space u have. there are 70mm and 90mm suction cups.

theres also the triple suction cup.

my experience with all 3 (with cars):

the 90mm suction cup is pretty good at sticking to the side car windows but the arm is a little long and soft so will vibrate like a madafada.

70mm also good to stick at side windows... mine is the short arm type so it doesnt vibrate. my preferred one to use in my car

triple suction cup: stuck this to the roof of my car... stuck well... no arm so no vibration.
u should always tether ur camera to something if ur going to use it where it can drop off and disappear.

3 cup some say strong la.. for me it was pretty sturdy oso. but i only used it for like 15 minutes....

havent had the chance to use it more.

i tinggal kat KL, maintain speed >220kph, distance from my house > johor customs (towards singapore tuas checkpoint) is ~340km
220 / 60 minutes = 3.666667 km/minute
340 / 3.666667 = 92.7 minutes - 60 = ~1hour 32 minutes

and there are some downhills along the way to cheat even more speed out

then gearbox temporarily jammed unable to shift because the lubricant became water/overheated.
had to really force the gear to engage for gear one so i can move enough to get past the checkpoint clearance then slowly drive my way on the bridge until i feel i can disengage gear 1 smoothly (yes i clutch in every few minutes to check lol)

if you look around my youtube channel, you'll find a video showing an oil sample, and yes that's from the gearbox that day, which i sent to USA for used oil analysis

Full faired vs naked motorcycles, if it is the same brand/model like Ninja 250 vs Z250 or Street Triple R 675 vs Daytona 675R, will there be a significant wind resistance? Or if tucked in, it is almost the same?

betul... aku pakai 3/4 face/open face helmet...windshield rasanya paling panjang takat ni utk Z250.

ambik motor sabtu lepas bawak 140km/h pun dah terhoyong hayang.. ngan helmet longgar... visor sentiasa menekan kat bibir aku.. aku rasa kalau gigi aku jongang memang dah straight balik dah hahahahha
