"first come first served" - this one for the preorder day. whoever already secured their unit, no need to worry about your free gift. they already allocate for it.

Perhaps the so called "first come first serve" T&C that u read meant that the 3000 pre-oder units are on first come first serve basis, not the complimentary stuff.

Somehow i think that it's the "scared" customers who spread the rumors and uncertainty that create the confusion.
