The collection period of the Samsung Galaxy S7 edge pre-ordered is from 17th March 2016 (12:00:00) to 20th March 2016 (21:59:59) at the selected outlet. In the event Customer failed to collect the Galaxy S7 edge within the period stated herein, the deposit amount will be forfeited.

the confirmation email usually arrive within 10 minutes.
you should check all the folder in your email including spam.
