Taobao warehouse is located at shenzhen. so distance between seller and the warehouse affects the delivery speed.

after packages reach warehouse, taobao will send it to malaysia via air carrier.
If you buy from different sellers, taobao will wait for all items to arrive, then pack into one big package and send it.
