noob question in overclocking, after overclock not much different

i got a cap ayam psu but it works fine when i overclock my rig....... about the ventilation in the casing i just opened my case ...on my air condition in the room together with fan....the thing is my cpu becomes cold when i check the temperature is 25 degree...(asking if cpu too cold also has disadvantages or not?) but the thing is i need to wear jacket went using the com hehehe

i think the max power is more accurate[correct me if im wrong].... btw i didnt think my motherboard will caught fever because it runs smoothly and stable...im using p4 willamette 1.8 ghz and oc it to 2 ghz....it seems fine and all runs smoothly for a week already.. i oc my com little by little so that i can see the system stability...but i didnt touch my graphic card...just the ram and the proc...
