With an overall bit rate of 16.3 Mb/s, 2xx mb file size consider ok...

Waiting for firmware update and hope lots of things gets fixed...

Record in 1080p... Can't see anything in detail in 720p... Also, if can, upgrade to a 32gb as 16gb can record about 1.5 hours of video only...

What is the different between mijia and xiaoyi? Are they from the same company?

besides of brand, background check, also consider the factors of your car tinting film

if that too below jpj standard (u know what it means), don pick mijia else would really suffer night time taping and spoil the reason of getting dashcam to record incidents.

Hi guys.

May I know that for Xiaomi Yi Dashcam, if I want it to record longer when I park my car for shopping, can I connect it directly to a powerbank(xiaomi ori) and is it recommended to do so?
Thank you.

I'm currently using 32GB Sandisk memory card.
I need to record a 5 hours journey. Will 1080p 30fps make it?

There are some ppl who set up their dashcam with powerbanks but do be careful as powerbank don't play well in the heat... Powerbank might get bloated or start leaking or worst case scenario - explode...
