How good is yi a12 dual corr processor compare to ambarella?

The Yi A12 chipset is actually a Novatek 96660 chipset for Yi.... 96660 is same level as Ambarella A12 chipset...

which mean ambarella chipset should be better than novatec96660/yi A12

i agree...especially the headlight..my saga is yellowish but i see new firmware for xiaomi yi dahcam is white colour..thought i install hid

Look at the light.
The star effect which i dont encounter on 013 firmware.
Will test 024 firmware next.

QUESTION : Is it safe to leave this dashcam in car for all day?
Will meletup or degraded the battery lifespan?

omai... i just update to 024.. hopefully the glare is not tat bad

i leave this dashcam in car whole day wont meletup...battery wise i not really care..

Do you hardwire it?

The Yi dashcam don't have parking mode, so don't need to hardwire... Also with 64GB, most is 8 hours of recording...

My current setup as I'm still testing the Yi dashcam... I don't unplug when I park my car...

Gearbest received a lot of bad review. Many people doesnt received the goods.

I've been ordering from them since last year... More than 10++ orders d... No problem receiving my orders... Most is 1 or 2 orders tooked longer than 4 weeks to arrive...

Also car club members in FB who order from gearbest have received orders since last Black Friday sales in November...
