u can get the notes from MCMC websites or u can search for more notes from some local HAMsters websites/blogs.

yea..u need to wait for the letter frm MCMC.IN the mean time, prepare all those forms and fill it up.then i guess u better do some studying as u need 2 9M2 signatures(they might ask u som questions b4 signing for u. I kena b4)

u can DIY it urself.its simple. I have a fren who did his installation in Pandan Indah, Cheras. The worker in the acc shop is also a HAMster.

answering on behalf of earlku.it is better to put it in an envelope.this is to prevent any documents or ur postal order to be missing.juz get an envelope..its not xpensive though...
