hey i found one GP 328 walkie talkie...and u know what its still brand new ... bought in january ... 4 channel any one wanna buy

brand new, but what freq? vhf? of uhf?

and its 4 channel ... need cable to program channels, not suitable for ham usage, ham usage need it to be able to scan channel, and direct freq selection ... unless u got a GP338 16 chanel ...

GP328 also can but with at least 16 channel ...

Awww.. i cant operate my radio now.. i borrowed my other friend my radio.. his callsign is 9W2JOE.. haha.. so no radio currently in hand =P

haha....ilharess aka 9W2MIT so famous d...her voice so sweet in the frequency...i heard her on air yesterday as well...in the evening stuck in the trafic jam.

HAM refers tooAmateur Radio itself, a slang term ... i believe it originates from Amateur ... Am ... not the ham u eat ...

arrr everyone buaya la ... buaya lagi ...

oo bt tatz quite exp rite? like kinda not worth it lo might as well get icom or yaesu

its how durable they are, industrial standard ... and speaker from Motorola are superb! superbly loud!

but the thing is that, u cannot key in the freq directly and no scanning ...

4 channels VHF can fetch 3-4hundred where else a 16 channel one can fetch 4-5hundred

and a GP338VHF can fetch higher ... brand new is bout 1.3k

ya we use gp328 n gp338 in our society bt i dunt hink getting those is of value hw abt this 1 model tat can scan and do wat most of wat icom n yaesu can do heard itz quite exp my fren is using for ham

huh - what are you trying to say there? what society would that be?

i would rather get a yaesu or a icom for that price ... but still motorola's speaker is the BESTEST!

i just wanted to get used to QSO while mobile.. but when it comes to more than 4 stations i kelam-kabut oledi.. concentrate on the road and on the stations who are on air.. pening.. hehehe.. but next time anyone of you heard me on air.. do join in the conversation..

Salam contact perdana.. i found something interesting on the origin of the HAM term.. you can read more about it here Origin of the term HAM.. But as it says in the note.. all of these claims might not be true.. but it is an interesting story..

I dun have a base station yet so most of the time if you hear me on air either i'm mobile or portable in my car in front of my house.. hehe...

no use - when u transmit high ... u see those birds tengeek at those high voltge cable also no prob wan ...

they tenggek like that the electri just flow through .. no prob wan ... buy la RM10 lastik ... kasi sniper jer la ...

hahaha this is one of the parts i hate the most when communicating ... when u are doing QSO, everyone spend too many time doing salam contact perdana ... and too much unnecessary salam and hi and hellos ... go straight to the point ...
