The highways progresss very massive and the roads looks very broad. High ceiling shoplots and all the glasses looks very grand, looks like palace, good job. I notice the land is at much higher level, got atas feel

The shops are well designed and looks atas! The park 4 blocks of condo looks huge and tall. Park 2 are even higher . Aurora place has 3 blocks of building ( 18 floors sovo, 18 floors office and 30 floors revo ) . Next year 2 blocks of aurora Condo (50 floors) are coming into market .

Visited the showroom today, according to the agent The park 1 left 2%, the park 2 left 10%, selling RM 950 per SF.
