I haven't got January (or February) yet and I definitely met all the spending requirements.

For the 2 past WMC campaigns, I got full cashback and on time. This one is LATE.

I'm starting to worry that maybe something wrong with my registration or not captured properly? But no one else seems to have received, so I'm still hopeful.

I've spent RM800 x 3 (for Jan, Feb and March) already, so I hope everything works out.

Yes. I got everything on time in the last 2 campaigns. But this one nothing at all. I'm going to call them and ask whether its been paid out yet.

UPDATE: I just called CS today (15 March) and they said they are late in finalising the numbers. They anticipate it will be done by end of this month (March).

Thanks for the update. I have just started to use this card since February and this is quite a relieve to hear that

I suggest you get both if you meet income requirements. If not, I prefer VS. If you compare both, VS is more flexible and has permanent cashback feature.

Yeah i already have the VS just thinking to get this card.Anyway you were right the VS card is the best card for me so far.Always got the RM50 rebate max-ed out every month

Still no sight of the promotional 10% cashback for January

No, I didn't sign up for the 5x / 8x with this WMC as i was a bit too skeptical that they will allow one to stack up the cashback.

However, i did sign up for the 5x / 8x with their VS and has been getting their cashback too.

Yeh, I understand that you can't stack. However, I registered for WMC promo in Jan, amd Swipe campaign in March. So for Jan and Feb there is definitely no overlap and no other ongoing promotion. Surely they should only exclude the overlap period and no the earlier qualified spending. Anyway, will take this issue up with CS.

Yes, you should definitely take this up with their CS. Seeing that you got problem with the cashback since January, i haven't spend with this WMC yet this month.

I called up PB CS few days ago regarding the 10% cash back for WM card.today they called back and said it is disqualified as I had gotten the previous 1million cash back promo.then I told her tat I only register and start using the card after the 1 million cash back ended in February.then she said maybe is this current 8x cash back that I had register thus the WM cash back will automatically forfeited.
