Honestly, if he really did it, I would certainly hope that whomever are in charge of the case to take it seriously.
Criminals are to be taught a life hard lesson so that they would think twice before committing any crimes.

I've seen way to much of these crime goes nearly unpunished with lack of evidence or just because he surrendered himself. I believe anyone who got scam before will relate to this.

I have a feeling that pulautikus will login and explain everything in this thread (bet he is shadow reading this thread now)

But I think there's a loophole in the law making this kind of case hard to solve. Because the money given to scammer is purely voluntary and they do know the risk dealing online, without receipt and so on. I think this is the biggest factor for scammers in Malaysia is free.

Generally yes. But from what leileilei had provided, it should be enough to open a case because he had all the conversation of dealings in text form.

But there is a issue right here is that pulautikus didn't admit that he took the money for himself, he said that he did proceed the order, only that he made up excuse and doesn't have the time to collect the goods
