Actually he claimed the stuff already arrived just he dont have time to give to us, because his boss kidnap him although he resign from work

Just he always lying said he coming to kl so some of us wait for nothing. Worst come to worst few months item still not arrive and he keep ffk us and MIA said cannot use phone because of work, but after we got new phone num from his family member we can see him online.

So that means he has many new numbers for scamming activity?

I know he own 2 or 3 phones.

i know 2 of his number (3 if including the latest one), but he keep changing phone number.. not sure if its for scamming activities or what but he keep coming back to our whatsapp group..
after i bank in to him (early this year) only i know there are few people waiting for their stuff, some almost 7 months if not mistaken.

we heard he lepaking with kawasaki ninja bikers now.. just not sure whether its rumour or what

I have just dealt with one of such case a few months back, luckily it got settled before the actual investigation.

If you had decided to proceed to police report, my advice to you is that;
-Print out all of the conversation you had with him on the dealings, the more the better, highlight the points of dealing if possible.
-All transaction history should also be highlighted (provided with payment details just like what you shown us).
-You will also have to call up those victim involved to make the police report (the more the better so that the officers know that this is not just some simple petty crime.)

If you personally know a police personnel with a decent rank, call him up because you are gonna need that. (Trust me, they are mostly going to treat it lightly unless you have someone up there to pressure them)
