That dude obviously took the money (leileilei had provided a very solid proof), he obviously admitted on the wechat that he will surrender himself if they report police. worse comes to worst, he will just surrender himself to the police, locked-up for maybe 1-3 days, pay compound and thats it, dude still gonna at least pocket a few thousand dollar profit. (perks of being the same skin with police)
