After PAYMENT, if we are not the first 1000, can we report dispute to PayPal? It seems that if PayPal dispute towards big organization normally can get back the money because they don't have time to communicate with the dispute

most likely the 1000 will flood with scalper

buy as many and sell normal price when the phone available nationwide

Samsung should have do something to peoples who really buying for own use rather than doing such promo for the sake of drawing attention only

yeah..mayb they found out the edge version is far more popular with consumers, which is why they only brought in the edge version.. also..there's no way to know whether u will be among the 1000 ppl...not until u received some notification... so end in the end..expect to pay full price..

As i say, I am ready to file dispute if I'm not the first 1000
Such big company won't have extra time to work under the dispute and communicate with us
So the chance to get back the 300 is pretty high
