now a bit too late to sign up pay pal, because paypal need verify credit card if not mistaken, last time mine have to wait the code appear on CC statement, it was years ago...

i believe they use paypal as transaction portal to charge your credit/debit card, if you dont have pay pal, the more info you need to fills, those who have paypal just sign in paypal and confirm the payment

now i not sure, for everytime you register your debit/credit card in paypal, it needs a code... many years ago mine is wait the code appear in CC statement
