Hi, just bought 65A7400F....

Suppose it can receive both 2.4G/5G Wifi right?

Currently manage to connect with 2.4....while it cant detect 5ghz (as compare with my phone connected only with 5ghz wifi)

Yeah, in normal condition that wouldnt be big issue unless i try online stream higher resolution movie...sometime it may lag

So, would it be problem with my wifi or my tv?

How to setup?

got my 55A7400F last Friday, so far problems that i can see are:
1) backlight bleeding from the left & right edge.
- there was a forumer mentioned this several posts back, so is not just me having the problem. but since it is not really causing big issue so i can live with it.. might request for a warranty some days later if it getting serious.

2) noise with DV content on netflix
- probably the issue with netflix (read some other posts from the internet) instead of the tv itself.. if you are a netflix subscriber, try watching "breaking bad" (with noise) vs "kingdom" (without noise), both are 4K + DV.

3) LAN port is a bit loose, but still can be connected.

overall, cant complain much with its price tag, u get what u pay for.. if the problem #1 stated above does not exist, it would be perfect to me smile.gif

probably need to configure the channel for your 5G wifi which needs to be done by logging into the router.

Ya. I also notice the backlight bleeding at the edge of the tv. Let me know if you find solutions or settings for this. Thanks

i wanted to buy this TV as well..same model..but when i tested at Harvey, although there is 5Ghz SSID, somehow that display Hisense 65A7400F TV didnt detect 5Ghz, only 2.4Ghz, despite stated in website it covers 802.11 ac as well

end up i settled for TH-55HX650K Pana, bought, setup and feel cheated....it showed GX655 instead of HX650...in the process of replace with another unit

Netflix recently changed their 4k streaming bitrate to much lower bandwidth, that might be the issue since many users have complained about lower quality pictures.

But I not buying from Sen Heng though. Just went there to see the difference of this 2 model
I top up around RM500
the picture quality between Hisense A7400F and Sony X7500H is too much difference
Worth to pay RM500 more

How do you check netflix bitrate on this A7400f? Which button on remote? Or do you use other tv?

Other TV, but usually on Info or display button on remote.
Or try to found app for your phone which can control your TV.
Supose to go for 50A7400F, last moment went with TCL 50C716.

Edit:
TLC came also with one "funncy" remote, so I order normal one (RM15) on Shopee.

Update:
I found on remote how to get info for Netflix bitrate (for TCL TV's)... tongue.gif

Btw,
