As said like above, go and test drive the car and do your inspections. If all is good, beli jangan tak beli. If you have the money always go for higher engine capacity variant. in your case, if you can afford the 2.0 then get it.

yes, made appointment for the coming weekend already. just want to be ready what problems or issues i gonna face if i buy this car. research better than do nothing.

Ts remember to check the leaking water or not oh. Especially the carpet areas and iniside rear bonnet.
Jangan malux2 to check, if bought liao leaking then gg.

Get 2.0L version. At least you eliminate the common power steering pump problem. 2.0L use EPS system.

If compare with a Lancer that is in the same C segment category, this Civic has a smaller fuel tank. So if Lancer owners tell you they can get 500+km 1 full tank with mixed City + highway driving, Civic owners tells you they only get around 400km+, do not be surprised. Lancer fuel tank 59 litres. Civic FD 50 litres.

Another common problem is the radiator fan motor.

Gearbox and engine wise very reliable.

Actually the main problem with this Civic is it is a thief magnet. A lot of people like to steal this car.
