Are you saying Mazda service is bad? I've owned Toyota, Honda and now Mazda and I can't say Mazda service is better or worse than the other two. As usual there is wide variability in quality of service between SCs for any make. You stand a better chance of getting acceptable service if the make has more SCs. I think Mazda's network is pretty good compared to VW, Ford and Peugeot.

Depends on whether driving pleasure is important to the owner. Many non-car enthusiasts just want a reliable car to get from A to B and driving is a chore so what driving pleasure?
