Your fuel consumption for your M3 is very similar to MissHanz, getting about 450km - 480km per tank. Maybe this is typical for HS cars being heavier and shod with bigger rims. I'm getting FC like Ginny88 but both of us are driving GL.
*
Mine is GL too and to be frank, i can always get more than 600km per tank. although im lightfooted, but i dont think it makes a difference this much. need to really raise this up to the guys at SC.

if talking about FC, based on my experience ron 95 and 97 produce the same result which is 8L average laugh.gif
not sure how to improve this... mine mix highway and city drive. most of the time using Shell.
*
I reset my fuel readings once when i first got my car and I have an average of 6.6L until now. I have tried Petron, BHP and Petronas, dont think they make much difference in terms of FC though

My daily commute to work is from shah alam to PJ via batu tiga or sometimes NKVE. takes me around 30 minutes for each trip. I'll shift to N whenever i expect to stay idle for more than half a minute, especially for traffic light. very light footed, my rpm stays below 3k most of the time unless i need to overtake. and i drive alone most of the time, probably this is the reason why i have a better average

I encountered this smell on my MX-5. Went away after around 1500-2000km.

i noticed some "tick tick" sound coming from the passenger door when going through uneven road. Doesnt seem to be the tyre or lower arm bush, it's either the side mirror or some parts inside the door, will observe more

anyone having the same issue?

The issue reported was the driver's window but mine is from the passenger's. but i guess the solution should be the same wink.gif

I got the same sound too from the passenger sit.. the sc told me that it might be some parts from the wiper department that is loose. Ask me to bring over for them to check as it takes 2 hour for them to do it. Will bring my car over this Wednesday and update u guys here.

Considering the Honda case below, maybe we should mark the oil filter or ask for the remaining engine oil next time we do service?

You mean new engine oil? How much oil they return to you?
Ok la if that's what they want to prove themselves. But still doesn't prove that bottle of engine oil was indeed poured into your car, could be any empty bottle around their tong sampah...oh well, conspiracy theories aside, i'll just trust them in doing their thing since it is warranted and part of their free service package.

As for the Honda case, i think it is a genuine oversight of the staff there. If it is really prevalent here regardless of car brand, that means the companies here are really shit head in the business ethics and moralities.

I give them my  puke.gif  puke.gif  puke.gif

Haha i think you over analyzed my post bro, i was just referring to the remaining new engine oil so that at least i can make the assumption that they poured it into my engine. But yeah, u can argue that maybe they poured it into their own tank and sell it later in the black market. If that's really what they are doing, then ok, tough luck biggrin.gif
