If you're going to get another new TV, my suggestion would be to get good branded Full HD TV rather than going for Ayam brand UHD/4k TV.
There's really not much reason for you to get a UHD/4k TV for the following reasons:
- at a normal TV sitting distance, you'll not notice any meaningful difference in picture sharpness for a TV around 40";
- there is no 4k gaming console, even the rumor PS4.5 won't have any real native 4k resolution for gaming;
- even your Astro HD channels is not full HD (yet they already looks very stunning on the full HD TV);
- there is little 4k blu ray movie titles out there.
- it's better to get a quality FHD TV that will last very long than an ayam brand UHD TV with questionable reliability.
I'm using a 55" full HD TV (LG brand only) and I'm more than satisfy with the resolution when sitting at the proper distance.

define normal distance, optimal distance are determined the size of the screen
heck, even a 240p res movie will look good on a 60" if you're sitting 10 meters away

who knows future you might get game patch for 2k/4k res?
What I predict with PS4K is all games will still support 1080p by default, but the developer can add in the option for 4K res, those who wanted 4K may download the patch separately, or the 4K texture can be stored on separate disc, all this has been done before on other console.
- even your Astro HD channels is not full HD (yet they already looks very stunning on the full HD TV);
who still watch Asstro with their so called crappy HD channels? Sorry their so called HD content still hurts my eyes.

Netflix is the future, full HD content upscaled on 4K TV is already very stunning, not to mentioned there are 4K contents on Netflix as well.
- there is little 4k blu ray movie titles out there.
When was the last time you have a look at Amazon's 4K bluray library?
That's the same thing ppl said when bluray first came out

Branded UHD TV is getting affordable now, Samsung & LG both having good quality 4K TV for very good price.
Avoid those china brand
So, go grab a 4K TV now
