I'm game. But posts from few people will not have any effect, we need a large amount of complaints then Sony will take notice.

That is very fast. Last time when I bought a phone and get a refund it took G5 one month before I got my money back. But that was back when they didn't charge processing fee for order cancelling.

Within 6 working days so hopefully it's this week.

Cancelled mine as well but I bought FFXV with them haha.

Tot of waiting for the gemfive ps4 pro and sell it off since i got mine yesterday at sony klcc, but still no news from gamers horizon, decide to request for a full refund from gemfive.

Sony really screwed up all the pre-orders here, first the VR and now the pro

VR ok now, mine was delayed 2 times. Lucky compensated with rm100 psn credit, bought ffvx for rm159 only thanks to the voucher

All the 1st batch VR preordered that was delayed receive the rm100 psn store compensation.

i got mine as well haha really good on this that sony give compensation.

-Heavy Arms - Some people already got their PO unit from Heavy Arms.

we were informed that the stocks could be delayed until as late as January 2017 (Subject to stocks availability). - GH

guys dont put all eggs in one basket, better preorder in sony centre.. they cant even promise they cam deliver on jan 2017

I just cancel my order from G5, I order 2 unit from sony store, I've been told by sony I will get it before Christmas, let me know if anyone interested.

thats nice refund in 1 business day. In their email about my cancellation request they said 14 working days

Called G5 for refund just now, ordered from Sony Center last Friday, getting it on December too, can't wait any longer lmao

which sony center u place order ? does it require deposit ? or juz call them n leave personal details only ?
