i think most of us here pre ordered via gemfive. Am considering to refund if my place have ready stock and the pre-ordered unit cannot reach me by end of November.. I want to play ffxv in PS4 pro..that's one of the reason I am buying it so early.

Yup. I already got charged once (RM30+) when I cancelled the order with GameOn and place the order with SP&K...seems like same result in the end...zzz

They said 14 working days to get the money refunded but I cancelled my order on Tuesday and get the money credited to my credit card on Friday.
For my experience, their CS is prompt at replying to email. I emailed them on the cancellation on Monday night and they get back to me at 9am the next day.

Called up KLCC and they asked me to book by phone, they will get 21 units only.

...so I cancelled my order at Impulse. Just gonna try and book it at KLCC, have a feeling that's the only place where it's easy to get it.
