Can we claim car insurance if tenggelam during flooding? If I am not mistaken once my insurance agents suggest me to pay extra to cover flood and windshield.

This was last friday, don't have much angles to show you though, just happen to drive by during lunch

Flood is one thing. What my concern is that I not sure if the land can withstand the load when the building has completed and people start moving in. I don't know if the land beside the longkang will suddenly give way. I'm no expert in construction.
