the front part of semenyih change a lot compare to few months ago...went to semenyih last week, discovered the kajang east/ kira plaza/ vista valley are progressing fast...MPKJ also upgrade the road there...

the problem is semyih far n ulu  n many expensive tols adding price high...... sg long last time only ulu but not far and dont have many expensive tols n price that time still low.

Kl. I don't mind wake up super early. Used to it as i always wake up at 6am. All place same will jam. I like the township.

sure sell ah....well no one can say. i know got many upmarket landed whether semenyih or pj or dsara height...advertise 20% discount also no calls. end up the transacted price was only 40% of the bank value. upmarket luxury type.

ya sure better but sometimes 1500 ppl cannot pay so no choice need to 800 rent. if every1 so clever to think like this who is going to rent?

U oway said bad comments to ppl projects. Can u tell us which new project n what kind of property u r buying or investing now ? At least after few mths or one two yrs. u can proof to ppl. U r right. Ur investment in propety is much much better than others especially compare to Semenyih . Dun just use ur mouth to talk.
