Mine runs 60 fps smooth as silk... and I'm using a potato laptop.

Good chances activating a Steam Wallet card worth about RM30 will activate the account, but don't quote me on that XD

If this was during the Hotlink promo, I'll probably pick the RM48 card.

Though that's just to get out of Limited, to gain access to Steam Market one has to still buy a game (easiest using said steam wallet money) and then wait a month or so before market access is granted, assuming purchase is without problem, there's no refunds asked, etc
