Need some advice regarding steamgifts.com

Recently won MGS: Groud Zero (out of 5000 plus participants)

So contacted the guy via steam chat since the giftaway is via Gift not key.

So, the unfortunate happened after that, the fella said that this was his first give away, and he have forgotten that his copy of MGS is REGION LOCK Russian continents

He said sorry and offered to send either EYE or Garry's Mod (both region free). Since I was already hyped, so just accepted it.

Surprisingly he send both MGS and Garry's Mod to me via trade (on hold for 15 days)

Now the questions is

1. Is there any way to activate the MGS?
2. Using sgtools, shows I have an inactivated gift in my steamgifts.com profile, any future issue?

You will have an issue of an unactivated gift and if reported, you'll get banned. Either report this to the mods so you can:
1. Be rerolled to another Russian user
2. Ask the mods to ban the said user
3. Ask the user to produce a MGS non region locked key or risk banning
3. Ask the mods to remove the giveaway (but only with your consent) since you got a Garry's Mod key.

Not sure by banning the user will resolve it he did mention that this is his 1st giveaway and totally forgotten about the region lock. I don't mind if the MGS is rerolled since I can't activate it.

Don't click on 'key receveied' if gifter give you key to another game. Ask for a reroll or ask gifter to delete giveaway.

I wonder how long will it take for Read Dead 2 to come to pc.. Maybe GTA v long?..
