I seem to have an issue with Steam refund.... Refunded my Steam wallet and it was accepted, but my bank still put my money on hold still... That is problematic.. it has been weeks.

I bought steam wallet with CC, but CC not deemed as verified by Steam, so they wanted to verify my CC by charging 2 transaction with random amounts and get me to key in the amounts to unlock my trading restrictions.
