Civ V complete comes with all the DLC expansions. Hence RM23 or lesser is the only reasonable price for anyone sane enough.

There's no need to buy each DLC. It's already there at RM23 for the complete edition, including the base game.

You will have an issue of an unactivated gift and if reported, you'll get banned. Either report this to the mods so you can:
1. Be rerolled to another Russian user
2. Ask the mods to ban the said user
3. Ask the user to produce a MGS non region locked key or risk banning
3. Ask the mods to remove the giveaway (but only with your consent) since you got a Garry's Mod key.

From the Let's Plays, I can see that it's more accessible with visual cues and interactive tutorials. But I'm also a seasoned player hence my views are a bit biased. Best to watch a Let's Play and judge for yourself smile.gif

I practiced on it, maneuvering corners and going on highways ... somehow it doesn't seem very exciting as the slow speed and minute steering is the only thing you'll do.
