Ahahahahaha, it would seem majority of the FPS problems in Disgaea PC is caused by subscribing to Steam Client Beta and if you're subscribed to it, just unsubscribe and good chances you'll get smooth as silk 60 FPS.
It's like Steam itself was sabotaging Disgaea's release, since a lot of people got refunds due to the FPS problem, calling it a bad port. |
