I'm unsure but doubt the sales department are available on Sundays. However, you can call on Monday morning and ask for the upgrade to be canceled. Try negotiating with them, maybe get the free calls package monthly fees waived.I was confirmed to upgrade.

Edit: When you call 100, there's a part where the system asks if you are calling about an existing order.. Choose that.
