Well actually they can counter and say the deployment cost is higher for landed units.
Actually, TM holds the record for the single highest fiber deployment in the world. If I remember correctly, it was 2,5xx homes per day.

Im interested to switching to TIME too but they no coverage for landed properties only high rise, I asked them on FB

The 100Mbps thingy was already in talk for many months even before TIME bagi hadiah to its subscribers.
We already knew TM will have 100Mbps and already predicted it will be about the same price as Maxis.

I'm so disappointed with TM. That's the bad thing of monopolizing and no competition.

You need to understand, providing fibre to landed property is very cost-inefficient as the equipment coverage needs to be everywhere (at least to every street) even if the takeup is low.

For high-rise, the provider like Time just brings 1 fibre big pipe to the basement, and taps out to whoever applies in that building.

So it is Time who is not interested, not TM who are limiting. I think, given a choice, TM may also not want to run services to landed houses...

Not sure what happen to my internet this morning.
My unifi could not connect since 8am, called to unifi and they say that my area connection no issue.
Have restarted the modem and everything but still failed to connect.

Would like to ask, about the FDP box on the telephone pole that distributes the fiber connection to individual house, is it common for TM to install only on alternate pole down each row of houses?

I noticed that's what they are doing at where I live here, and the telephone pole that serves my house has not FDP on it, the fiber cable just pass by. That means I'm out of luck?
