I thought Maxis already got 100Mbps Home Fiber at RM330 (MaxisONE plan subscribers) and RM398 (Non-MaxisONE plan subscribers).

lodged my complain yesterday, just now received call from TM dy, very efficient eh
but neither agree to give me RM30 discount or upgrade me to 30Mbps for same price

she said cannot give me RM30 discount, even though I told her TM are already doing so to certain people when they request to terminate

then she said cannot upgrade my speed to 30Mbps while maintaining the price too, she sounded kinda pissed, thk many ppl complain to MCMC lately

then i told her i'll see what maxis is offering today, she said i will need to terminate my package at tm point if i wanted to switch over   

at last i upgrade my UniFi 30 to UniFi 50.deng.

I saw there was an announcement on TM UNIFI offering newest package. But when i check, more or less are the same. anyone notice?

Just received my first bill today. I subscribe to 30mbps @ RM179. Apart from first month billing, I realise that by next bill is actually RM149 after RM20 discount. But even before discount, it is RM169.

How long will this discount last?

wow! so my source was correct, TM UNIFI is coming out a new plan. But it's too insane.

By the time they come out 1Gbps (Maybe at RM 399/Month), Singapore would be at 100Gbps for SGD 49.99

need to to ask MP to make new act which is anti-monopoly act... just like US where intel cannot be their own... must not taken down amd...

Everyone... Please make official complaints.. Spread the word, the more, the higher chances of getting true competitive rates.. In the meantime, also reach out to TIME, so they are more motivated to expand..

Unless you can gather the people around your residence to fill in the application form for TIME (Around 20-30), then maybe they'll consider.

why some user use vip5 or vip10 or vip20 for download 20mbps and upload 20mbps 100% no throttled speed seen stable
compare download 30mbps and upload 10mbps and 50mbps and upload 20mbps seen some user got throttled speed and high ping unstable

seee but download 100mbps and upload 50mbps very bad get throttled speed
if download 100mbps and upload 100mbps very good get with no throttled speed
like VIP100 = best

I am at Bayan Lepas 30Mbps plan, everything smooth

I use VIP5 => VIP10 => 30 Advance, everything smooth

I have check through unifi portal, but it doesn't break down the pro rate amount
