btw i am thinking to change the yard into wet kitchen, and the washing machine and dry machine will be at my dry kitchen..

Mine is second floor. Then we are neighbour ya.
The yard quite small, wonder can I put the washing machine and dryer machine in. With the cooking hood.still looking for the ideas.

how was the occupancy rate for the apartment and the shop?
owners how long u hold until able to get tenant?
