If NoA is reluctant to give more than 30% discount on their 1st party eshop games, i doubt they will sell it for USD$20..

Is next time i change to a new device, like upgrade to N3ds XL and set to another region like Malaysia (if eshop do happen here) can i transfer over games from Canada eshop? or from Canada eshop transfer to USA eshop region?
