QUOTE(sickboy @ Jun 16 2017, 02:46 PM) Seriously envy your amount of gaming hours. Mostly just focus on one tho. Leave others to dust when not playing lol. Also getting less and less time to play, but still find time to spend a few hours if possible.I see people mostly also have enough time for 2 platforms now. |

Was actually thinking to sell off my N3DSXL already (only keep the Zelda titles) which been collecting dust, but Ninty announce Metroid like they know what we thinking lolAnyways are you guys all using Unifi / fibre optic for Switch or Streamyx broadband |

Looked at the Monster Hunter World leaked gameplay insider footage at E3 that's like 22min long. https://u.nya.is/fzyrht.mp4
Damn weh, rip Nintendo's Monster Hunter. Gameplay looks similar tho, so that's still good, but with an option to run around and use the environment to fight, and feels more dramatic and stuff, definitely looks like trying to appeal for the west market. Signal is still bad on Switch despite that. But doesn't matter plays fine and smooth for me.Anyways are you guys all using Unifi / fibre optic for Switch or Streamyx broadband |

for some people like me, it's not about the nostalgia in snes mini case. the unreleased star fox 2 alone is worth than the trouble to grab it. that game probably on same tier as previously unreleased (but localized) mother 1 prior to vc release 2 years ago and localized mother 3. of course ppl can just wait for someone to dump it in the name of preservation and then just download it and play on their favourite emulators ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
also, considering there's this game and that super Yoshi, seems they finally solved that super fx chip issue that plagued their vc library for years |

QUOTE(andrewcha @ Jun 27 2017, 01:01 PM) So is it worth the money for this snes? Honestly i am more interested on snes classsic compared to nes classic It's worth "retail money", not "scalped money". even the NES does too. Now even the game stores can joining in scalping fun since they know what's the deal with the pricing after the NES fiasco. This isn't the US, where large stores at retail are required by law to sell at retail price, that way at least you stand a chance getting them at the price it should be. This is Malaysia, where even the price of a bottle of Lipton Ice Lemon Tea varies wildly according to what the stores CHOOSES to price it at: Newsplus in Sg. Wang Plaza sells it at RM3.45, in Amcorp Mall for RM2.90 while the actual price at Aeon or any mom-and-pop store is supposed to be RM2.20. And I know my ice lemon teas. Trust me, come this September, you'll see posts of people complaining about scalping, people who boast about themselves able to get the SNES Mini the closest to retail price (it's like playing The Price Is Right with your own money I used to want to throw money for that nostalgia feels for the NES Mini, but once the fervor looking for one sets in and the retailers bowed down to the pressure of scalping prices, like I mentioned before....."nostalgia ain't worth THAT much money". I'm more nostalgic about my bank account figures. |

Here we go again, will be getting screwed by Maxsoft for their maximum profits
but I think this time there should be ample stocks, as Ninty this time actually promised will deliver more at launch. So those trying to scalp the price up might have a harder time. anyway, we can expect Maxsh1t to sell it around RM500+ |

worth it or not, come to think of this way
lets say Maxsh1t selling it at RM500 it comes with 20 games or 21 if you included SF2 each game cost only RM25, not including the price of the hardware so IMO it's still worth it before someone come in and say they can built similar system with much lesser cost, been there done that I did it with Raspberry Pi + RetroArc, with complete ROMs from NES & SNES but the feeling just wasn't there, played a few times, and it's already collecting dust on the shelve. Then I bought a famicom classic, and the feel is there, spend more time on it than the RetroArc, had more fun with it as well. So for this SNES Classic, I'm gonna pre-order it |
